There are some in Wawa that say ‘curling keeps you young!” After watching the curling and seeing the beautiful cake that helped to celebrate two of Wawa’s most senior curlers – I believe it. Both are very active, and Louis just spent the weekend helping out at the Wawa Ice Fishing Derby – weighing in all the fish that was caught. 
Amazingly Luella Campbell at 89 years young, and Louis Dereski at 83 years young – throw their curling rocks, sweep and skip with not only fun, but with some very serious competition. At the end of one end – they pulled out the measuring thingy to see which rock was closest!
