AT 5:30 a.m. a Sunrise Ceremony was led by Elders Shelley Charles and Jim Dumont. This afternoon there will be a Blanket Ceremony at 2 p.m. This will be an interactive workshop open to the public that teaches participants the history of the relationship between European settlers and Indigenous Peoples in Canada
