With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our father Brian Douglas Davidson in his 67th year on Saturday, June 18th, 2016. After a long and courageous battle with cancer, he has moved on to be with his mother, Helen Davidson, brother Russell Davidson and brother Billy Davidson. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by his daughters Julie Davidson and Jennifer Lauricella (Jimmy). He will also be cherished by his grandchildren Khrysti-Lee Motruk (Darren), Chelsea Bourcier and Haylee Lauricella. His homes away from home at Ranger Lake, Crystal River, Florida and Country Style Donuts, he will be missed by many special friends.
He will always be remembered by his incredible sense of humour and kind heart. He was happiest making others laugh with his impersonations and comical expressions.
A special thank you to Heidi and Steve Schell for all their help throughout his battle. We would also like to thank Lisa Chandler, RN who provided exceptional nursing care on a daily basis and the other RNs from Paramed, the staff from CarePartners who attended to him daily, as well as Paula and Dr. Rassouli from the Cancer Clinic.
At the request of our father, there will not be any funeral service. We will be having a celebration of life in his home on Sunday, June 26th from 1:00 pm. All friends and family are invited to come and share stories and/or pictures.
Donations can be made on his behalf to a charity of your choice.
