(BLIND RIVER, ON) – On October 15, 2016, members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were on general patrol duties in the Town of Blind River
Shortly after 5:00 p.m., police observed an eastbound vehicle on Causley Street, travelling at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was initiated.
As a result, Michael MILLS-SPINELLI, 25 years of age from Red Lake, Ontario, was charged with:
- Drive Motor Vehicle While Performing Stunt – +50 km/hr in a posted 50 km/hr zone, contrary to section 172(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Blind River on December 7, 2016.
