Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a hit and run.
On Thursday, June 1st 2017 at approximately 8:10 pm Sault Ste. Marie OPP was dispatched to a hit and run involving a motor vehicle and a pedestrian.
A female was walking behind the LCBO Building in Echo Bay when she was struck on her backside and shoulder from behind by a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed.
The only description the female could recall was a pick- up truck, dark in colour.
