On September 30, 2017, members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a theft call at a residence on Washington Crescent in the City of Elliot Lake.
The complainant reported that his two vehicles had been entered and items were stolen from inside.
After investigation, police arrested the male responsible.
Dawson LALANDE, 18 years of age, from Elliot Lake was charged with:
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 (two counts), contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC)
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake, on October 31, 2017.
