During a recess earlier in the week, students from École St-Denis (Sudbury) made an incredible discovery. They found a miniature turtle wandering along the soccer field. Without hesitation, the students fascinated by this little creature halted their soccer games. In an effort to help their new shelled friend, they agreed to move him in a safer place and make him comfortable as comfortable as possible in the marsh located in front of the school and near Lily Creek Park. It goes without saying that reptiles (and all other creatures of the Creator) have a place within the École St-Denis family.

Lors d’une récréation du matin cette semaine, des Tigres de l’École St-Denis (Sudbury) ont fait une découverte impressionnante. Ils ont trouvé une tortue miniature qui s’aventurait sur le terrain de soccer! Sans hésiter, les élèves fascinés par cette créature ont mis fin à leurs matchs consécutifs de soccer. Pour venir en aide à leur nouvel ami à carapace, ils ont convenu de l’installer confortablement dans le marécage devant l’école et avoisinant le parc Lily Creek. Il va sans dire que les reptiles (et toutes autres créatures du Créateur) ont une place au sein de la famille St-Denis.
