École Notre-Dame-du-Sault in Sault Ste. Marie is inviting children who are starting Kindergarten in September 2022, along with their families, to take part in their “Bienvenue à la maternelle” (Welcome to Kindergarten) event on Tuesday, May 17, from 11 a.m. to 12-noon. Notre-Dame-du-Sault is located at 600 North Street in in Sault Ste. Marie.
This welcoming event promoting a smooth transition to Kindergarten will include an arts and craft station as well as an outdoor activity with a parachute and a French-language learning activity. Participants will also be supplied a snack and take part in a short school bus ride.
Parents will also receive important information relating to speech development, social and daycare services, gentle beginnings schedule as well as school transportation.
