The Ministry of Health’s Emergency Health Services will be migrating all emergency call taking and dispatching of Manitoulin-Sudbury DSB Paramedic Services to the Central Ambulance Communications Centre located in Sudbury. With this migration, the number to call for the communities of Foleyet, Gogama, surrounding areas and First Nations Communities for Paramedic response will change to 1-877-351-2345.
This transition will be occurring on Tuesday June 28th, 2022 at 9 am.
All Allied Agencies have been notified and the affected residents have received a notice via Canada Post.
