(THESSALON, ON)- On July 15th, 2022, shortly before 03:30 p.m., members from the East Algoma Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a disturbance at a residence in the Thessalon area.
Upon arrival, officers observed the residence to be in disarray and property damaged. The youth was arrested and transported to the Thessalon detachment.
As a result, a 13-year-old from Huron Shores was arrested and charged with:
- Mischief – Destroys or Damages Property, contrary to section 430(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC)
The accused appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice Video Bail in Blind River on July 16th, 2022.
