Power line upgrades are being done in the area of Highway 17 North near Havilland Shores, Marlette, Harmony Beach and any associated side roads on Tues. Aug. 23.
This will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
If there is a need to reschedule, Thurs. Aug. 25 will be the backup date.
For safety reasons Algoma Power says “please do not perform any work in conjunction with this outage. All customer work requires direct planning through Algoma Power’s Customer Service Department. While outage work is performed as effectively and efficiently as possible, circumstances may arise that shorten or extend these events (such as equipment failure, inclement weather, scope of work, etc).”
The company regrets any inconvenience this may cause for its customers.
